We began by carefully analysing the diverse range of content and projects the organisation manages. The 12-section structure of Cornwall National Landscape’s designation was central to the design, requiring a template system that was not only visually appealing but also adaptable to showcase both large and small-scale projects. This approach ensured that every section of the landscape had equal prominence and usability within the website.
To provide a long-lasting solution, we implemented Advanced Custom Fields (ACF) and custom WordPress blocks, which allowed the team to independently manage content with ease. The framework was built with scalability in mind, enabling seamless integration of new features and future enhancements as their needs evolved.
The collaborative approach we took with Cornwall National Landscape ensured that the site design and functionality aligned perfectly with their mission. By creating a digital platform that reflects their core values of preserving nature, supporting communities, and addressing climate challenges, the website now serves as a vital tool in promoting their work and engaging with their audience.
